About this tool
This chart shows county and city estimates of how many homes Light Touch Density (LTD) could add. LTD means replacing a single-family detached house with 2 to 8 units on the same lot, or adding an accessory dwelling unit (ADU). The estimates cover both infill and greenfield potential, and they help show which reforms could add homes and whether a place has room to close a shortage.
- Shows
- Estimated housing supply that Light Touch Density could add through infill and greenfield development, summarized by county and city. The estimates reflect whether replacing a single-family detached home with 2 to 8 units, or adding an ADU, would pay off financially.

- How does my city's potential for added housing compare with nearby cities or counties?
Limits
