About this tool
This dashboard looks at 16 U.S. metro areas and shows the household income range where Latino homeownership gaps are largest and where homeownership rises most sharply. It also shows the home-price range that new construction would need to reach to serve those households. It helps explain how building more starter homes could widen Latino homeownership.
- Shows
- For each metro, the household income band where Latino homeownership falls furthest below non-Hispanic white homeownership, and the matching home-value range that new homes would need to hit.
